Determining the correct size
When determining the size of compression stockings or arm sleeves, it is very important to pay attention to correct measurement. The proper function of the stocking or arm sleeve depends on the correct size.
Measure preferably in the morning; during the day the limbs swell and the measured values would therefore not be correct. Measure all the points required by the size chart of the given product (the location on the limb is illustrated in the pictures). When choosing the size, the most important values are at points b (circumference above the ankle), d (circumference below the knee) and g (thigh circumference 5 cm below the groin). The length measurement between points A – G (for thigh-high stockings or tights) or A – D (for knee-high stockings) is also important.
