ARIES, a.s. has been manufacturing medical compression products since 1998 and from the very beginning has placed the highest emphasis on quality. High quality and flawless service are perceived within the company as a fundamental obligation to customers and also as a sign of professional expertise in a technically very demanding segment.

Internally, we monitor the following areas:

  • PRODUCTION – the highest-quality machines from Merz (Germany), Sangiacomo and Lonati (Italy) are used in production. Materials are carefully selected from world-brand companies such as Zimmermann GmbH or Invista (LYCRA® elastic fibre).
  • INSPECTION – during production, continuous inspection is carried out after individual operations; its results are recorded on an accompanying slip marked with a unique number, which travels together with the production batch all the way to the dispatch warehouse.
  • QUALITY – all medical products undergo random inspection of the pressure profile at individual points according to the technical standard RAL-GZ 387. The correctness of the measured values is additionally verified regularly by measurement at the research institute in Hohenstein (Germany). The medical bands have proven functionality from ITC Zlín, and the skin compatibility of the products is confirmed by ÖTI – INSTITUT FÜR ÖKOLOGIE Vienna through the award of the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate.
  • COMPLAINTS – these are recorded in a central database according to the company ID of the customer who received the complaint from the client, or by the customer’s address. All complaints are transported to the production plant and, according to the production series number, faults are evaluated by the quality department and the company technologist. Complaints amount to a maximum of 0.15% of the production dispatched per year and are mostly resolved by replacing the claimed product with a new one.
  • SERVICE – the company employs professionally trained representatives who are in direct contact with doctors, medical stores and often also end consumers. In the Czech and Slovak Republics the company operates a freephone line (0)800 111 595, which can be used for any questions, comments or notices.
