The international OEKO-TEX certificate confirms that all textiles are made of materials free of harmful substances and are safe for direct contact with the skin.

Declaration of Conformity

ARIES holds a declaration of conformity for all its medical products – it meets the technical requirements under legal regulations and is entitled to use the CE mark.

ISO certification

Avicenum is a brand of medical compression products with benefits that make life easier and help with health problems. It is important to us that you feel comfortable and safe in our products, which is why we place great emphasis on selecting reputable suppliers of all materials. We always choose premium-quality materials and applications. We subject our products to random testing and quality verification according to parameters set by certification institutions and foreign clinics. Since 2016, the quality management system at ARIES, a.s. has been certified by Bureau Veritas to ISO 9001:2015.

Since 2020, the medical device quality management system at ARIES, a.s. has been certified by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance to ISO 13485:2016.

RAL

At the end of 2016, ARIES, a.s. became a member of the RAL association, which brings together leading European manufacturers of compression stockings and components. The association only allows membership to manufacturers who have proven they are able to comply with the RAL-GZ 387/1 standard in the production of stockings and sleeves. This standard sets the strictest requirements for graduated compression across all available sizes. Compression products from ARIES, a.s. passed control measurements in the laboratories in Hohenstein, and the company has committed to submitting samples for re-measurement every year. The RAL quality mark, which customers will find on the packaging from 2017, is therefore a guarantee of safe and effective compression. Only with such compression is it possible to achieve good therapeutic results in the treatment of venous or lymphatic system diseases.
